I will show this photo to my husband as when we had a cat (RIP) and dog (still very much alive) they did not get on....
I think these get on because we had dogs first then found the kittens and brought them into the house as non-threatening balls of fur. The dogs gradually came to tolerate them. Before Jools and family we had Spike and introduced the first puppy to him..he promptly took a piece out of her face so she knew who was boss. They were never friends.
